Thank you for shopping with Luxtide. All orders are fulfilled digitally — once your purchase is confirmed, your items will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
2. How Digital Delivery Works
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing your order details and delivery information. Please ensure the email address entered at checkout is correct, as all digital deliveries are sent to that address.
Luxtide is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect email address provided by the customer.
3. Delivery Timeframe
All orders are delivered digitally within 3–5 business days of purchase. While many orders may arrive sooner, please allow the full 3–5 business day window before reaching out to our support team.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays, which may affect delivery times.
4. Delivery Delays
Occasionally, digital deliveries may be delayed due to high order volumes or internal processing. If you have not received your order within 5 business days, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us, as automated emails can sometimes be filtered.
If your order has still not arrived after 5 business days, contact us at support@luxtide.com with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.
5. Incorrect Email Address
Please double-check your email address before completing checkout. If you have entered an incorrect email address, contact us at luxtide@proton.me as soon as possible. We will do our best to redirect your delivery, however Luxtide cannot guarantee resolution if the email has already been sent to an incorrect address.
6. Non-Delivery Claims
If you believe you have not received your order, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase date. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for review.
